Below you will find helpful tutorials to ensure you are able to use and navigate the technology needed for our training.
Get Set-up
Our Group Coaching Calls are interactive and discussion-based. It's required to have a webcam and microphone so you can fully participate.
Depending on your Trainer, you may use Zoom, Teams, or another webinar provider. Reach out to your Trainers if you have any concerns about connecting.
For PDA-run cohorts, we use Zoom. You can test your Zoom connection here: https://zoom.us/test

Test Slack
Our community forum uses Slack for our weekly reflection postings. Follow this link and if you see the main Slack homepage, you are all set! https://slack.com/

Tips for Success
The CPMC Training is an 11-week curriculum that includes:
- Weekly e-learning
- Real-world practice
- Reflection postings in our community forum
- Weekly quizzes
- Group and individual coaching calls
- Comprehensive final exam
PDA awards the Personal Medicine Coach certification following successful completion of all coursework.
CPMC candidates can expect to spend 2-4 hours per week on the coursework. Itā€™s important to block out time in your schedule each week to complete the required tasks. On the next page, you will find a customizable letter you can provide to your supporters.
